Yes, but we recommend that you use our sign. It is an “AGENTS WELCOME” sign that informs real estate agents that you are currently listed on the MLS and are willing to offer a commission to buyer’s agents. Those agents who see the sign are likely to search for your listing on the MLS to get more information.
The simple answer is no. However, selling or renting your property by yourself, known as 'For Sale By Owner' (FSBO), isn't easy. Most properties that are sold or rented, about 92%, are listed on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and connected to websites like Realtor.com, Zillow.com, Trulia.com, and other platforms linked to the MLS. Therefore, you don't have to pay each platform separately to activate your FSBO listing.
If you sell your home directly to a buyer without involving an agent, you are not required to pay a buyer's agent commission. However, if an agent introduces you to the buyer, you will be obligated to pay a commission.
With Novik Real Estate, your property will be listed on the MLS for 6 months. However, you are free to cancel the listing at any time, unless you are under contract through the MLS and an Agent involved in the transaction is due a commission.
Listings with other realty companies typically have restrictions that prevent the owner from selling the property as 'For Sale By Owner' (FSBO) and handling the sale themselves. Most of these realty companies' commissions in the state of Florida are between 5%-6%, which is shared between the listing agent and the buyer's agent.
At Novik Real Estate, we provide sellers with various professional listing options without the need to pay a listing commission. Our flat rate fee starts at $599 and includes access to multiple platforms and the MLS, seller reports, a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), photos, videos, and more.
Novik Real Estate offers the option to upload between 15 to 40 images, depending on the property and its specific needs.

Your name and contact information will be posted in the agent remarks area for brokers remark to review. They will contact you with questions, for showing instructions, and to ultimately present you with an offer.
After you submit your listing form and photos/videos, we will meticulously review the details, along with tax and MLS records, to ensure your listing is ready for publication on both the MLS and various public platforms. Should additional information be required—whether it be MLS details, tax information, or proof of ownership—we will contact you promptly to collect what is necessary. Typically, once your listing form is verified and everything is in order, we aim to have your property listed on the MLS within 24 hours to 5 business days, depending on the package you choose and the speed of your feedback, excluding Sundays.
In addition to MLS listing, which serves as the primary public-facing platform, your property for sale will also be featured on Realtor.com, Zillow.com, Trulia.com, Homes.com, and other local platforms.
For rental properties, we broaden our reach by including listings on Apartments.com, Zumper.com, Homesnap.com, and Hotpads.com, ensuring your listing achieves maximum visibility across the most popular real estate and rental platforms.
